There are lots of Mushroom Pouch patterns out there but this is my little tweek to add a frill.

A simple Flower Garland constructed by a chain with flower bases and leaves added going along without breaking the yarn. Then the flower petals are added after. These can be added to a simple rectangle of crochet to make headdress.
