The Steorra Cowl begins with an easy to memorize pattern of cable stitches. It starts as a traditional triangle shaped shawl worked flat until gaining enough stitches to easily join in the round. The rounds begin with an added color where a slipped stitch stripe transition section is followed by a fun color work section of stars.

This shawl was designed to use exactly 1 and 1/2 skeins of Silver Key Stitches yarn on their 42 base that was specifically dyed to order as an exclusive color for Ewe & You Fiber Arts 5th Anniversary. The main color and it’s matching contrast color play perfectly together to really make the stitch patterns pop.

This bag was designed for the I91 Shop Hop from August 7th to the 19th 2023. The pattern is free for all Shop Hoppers. I hope you enjoy making this project. It was designed in 2 sizes which are both quite generous in size.

The Triboulet Shawl was created to accomidate 2 skeins of DK at 250 yards each and one half skein of DK at 125 yards in a contrasting color. This Cowl has 4 large brioche hearts evenly placed around the circumference. The hearts pop out of the background of the two color garter stitch, exaggerating their presence.
