When crocheted with a “F” hook, murloc reaches about 4 inches from butt to top of head.

When made with a “G” size crochet hook, CatBug measures maybe 4 inches, easily fits in hands. Needle felting optional - that’s how I made his face and spots, I’m sure you could embroider, glue, paint, etc.

this is an amigurumi, so the gage and yarn shouldnt matter - just make it tight. for reference, i believe i used an 5.5mm hook, and red hart yarn.
