A relaxed, slightly cropped, dolman-sleeve sweater designed and named after a very special yarn called ‘Spyhop’ made by my friend Sarah from her small flock on the San Juan Islands of Washington state.

Simple top-down knit with braid detailed cables at the raglan shoulders. Designed to be a little over sized with 10-12” positive ease. The body and sleeves are written without shaping until they taper slightly in before the rib.

This pattern combines satisfying colorwork with some fun design features such as braids. Designed to be fitted and dense for warm outdoor use, the pattern also includes instructions for a looser, more flexible fit and a mens size.

The pattern is also in more detail with pictures on my blog (link below) A quick knit for using up left-over yarn, featuring a pine needle motif that is written in chart. Designed for a 8” x 13” hot water bottle.
