This is a skull cap designed to cover the top of head above the ears. Going up and/or down in hooks sizes will make it larger or smaller to fit different size heads.

You can use smaller hook sizes to make smaller hats and larger hook sizes for larger hats.

You can make it teens using an I9/5.50 mm hook and children using a H8/5.00 mm hook.
