Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Strawberry season in the Pacific Northwest is very short. If you blink, it’s gone. And if it rains when you blink, you are really out of luck. If, however, you jump in at the right moment, you are sure to find pure bliss. Our berries may not be as big as our neighbor’s to the south, but I challenge anyone to find any better tasting.
Knitting: Booties
Because of the large gauge, these are quick and easy to make for a special baby in your life!
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
Designed especially for the Keegan Lane Yarns Spring Fling Sock Club, and now available for separate purchase!
Crochet: Scarf
Using a Tie-Dye kit from the craft store, I dyed some of my recycled yarn for this scarf. The design is easily adapted to just about any yarn you want to use.

Knitting: Purse / Handbag, Bag - Other
This small bag is just the right size for money, keys and cell phone on that special Valentine’s Day date. The felted fabric is firm enough that lining is optional. Embellish to your heart’s content!
Knitting: Cup / Mug
I knit these in the round on dpns. If you must, you could also easily work them flat and the sew up the side seam. I used a 12oz. hot cup for my model. If you wish to use a smaller or larger cup, adjust accordingly. Remember that you don’t want the cozy loose. It needs to be… well, cozy!
