I wanted a design that read “Love is love is love” and that was readable from both sides, so I created a mirror ambigram: an image that is identical forwards and backwards.

This pattern was created in response to the synagogue shooting (October 2018, USA). The charts may be used for any purpose aside from spreading hate.

The “standard” granny square pattern uses solid colors in each round. It may use different colors for different rounds, but within a round there is no color variation. Which means that you can use slip stitches to move, almost invisibly, to the corner to prepare for the next round.

Princess Charlotte wore a cute cabled scarf to her first day of nursery school. If you want your child to feel like a princess, you can make one of your own! (Note: child will not actually become royalty.)

Note: this pattern has been marked mature. It is potentially offensive both politically and religiously. If this pattern offends you, please go hug a puppy / furry animal / stuffed animal / pillow.

Some people (around the world!) are disgusted with the current state of affairs, particularly the way – to put it crudely – Russia is fucking America up the ass. (I apologize to ordinary Russian citizens. This is not about you.)

This is a menagerie of animals -- sheep, alpaca, and perhaps a bird. Anything else is of course a figment of your imagination ;)

Create a solid granny square with no holes and no visible seam! Can be used with any weight yarn, and a suitable hook size.

This pattern is based on the popular Grandmother’s Favorite Dishcloth pattern (designer unknown), but adapted to be rectangular instead of square.
