Crochet: Placemat
Required stitches include double crochet and back-post double crochet. Shell stitches form the scalloped edging. You can get almost two placemats from one skein of Bernal Softee Cotton depending on how tightly you crochet. (Gauge is not critical for this pattern.)
Crochet: Scarf
This is the second pattern in the Twisted Stitches Collection. The scarf uses the same construction techniques as in the Twisted Stitches Cowl.
Crochet: Cowl
The Twisted Sttches Cowl came about because I wanted something light that could be either warm or cool, depending on the yarn used. I used Rowan Felted Tweed in Scree, but any DK #3 yarn will do.
Crochet: Fingerless Gloves
Crochet: Scarf
Gauge is not critical for this pattern.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
Crochet: Fingerless Gloves
I couldn’t find a simple pattern for ribbed fingerless gloves, so I decided to make one.
Crochet: Drawstring Bag
Getting an exact gauge is not important for this pattern.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
This prayer shawl is good as a lap blanket or around the shoulders. If you block it, the stitches open up to reveal the mesh-like pattern.
Crochet: Scarf
For the first shawl I used I Love This Wool heavy worsted weight yarn.
