The Happiness mittens are a perfect stash buster project for those scraps and half skeins of worsted or aran weight you’re bound to have laying about!

The Candy Cowl consists of three parts: a corrugated rib, after that an easy to memorize trellis stitch panel, and then another corrugated rib. Simple as pie! Only the corrugated rib is worked stranded, and if you don’t feel like working two colours at the same time, simply substitute the corrugated rib with some other nice edging.

Duomo is the first pattern in my series “Archiknits”, it is a toque inspired by Brunelleschi’s dome over the cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore in Florence. The dome is the single largest brick dome in the world, spanning an impressive 44 meters (144ft) and built without using supporting scaffolding in the first half of the 15th century.
