This shawl was designed to be a “mindless” knit. I wanted something that was mostly garter stitch, but that had a little extra something. The fingering weight version is deliciously light and a luxurious selfish knit. However, the worsted weight version is perfect as a gift. It doesn’t take forever and it still has all the style!

This beanie pattern has been my favorite since I designed it several years ago. It is comfortable and cute while being gender neutral. The beginning of the round changes throughout the project. Don’t be afraid, it’s art not a science! But that changing beginning of round is what allows for an easy pattern with extra texture.
