Knitting: Scarf, Cuffs
This is a Fair Isle pattern for wrist warmers. I have also included a bonus version for a scarf knit with worsted weight yarn.
Knitting: Fashion Doll (Barbie, etc)
This is a very quick hat that will easily fit a Barbie doll. If you are just using this for display, the gauge will not matter. These hats are very cute tucked into the limbs of a Christmas tree.
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
This is a basic sock in which you can work the leg section in K2, P2 ribbing as long as you like and then change to stockinette. This is a good beginner sock pattern in which I’ve tried to clearly lay out the sections as follows; Leg, Heel Flap, Heel Turn, Picking up stitches, Gusset, Foot, Toe Decreases and Kitchener Stitch Grafting.
Knitting: Scarf
This is knit using 4 or 5 yarns, one row of each yarn, cutting the yarn at the end of the row creating the fringe as you go.
Knitting: Decorative - Other
There are no sizes given because that can be affected by how much or little you felt the house. Like the gauge, the size is not important. Fairies come in all sizes.
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
The leg pattern is designed to look like an openwork cable. It is an optical illusion as it is created with twisted stitches and yarn overs and decreases.
