This collection was inspired by the look and feel of ice cream: the girl’s dress and hoodie by the swirling of two colors in a double scoop, the boy’s hoodie and vest by the lattice pattern on the cone. Since I consider ice cream a year-round treat, I wanted there to be a pattern that would work for each of the different seasons.

Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Last year, my family took on a new hobby, beekeeping. My kids are all enamored with our little honey bees and were sad to hear that we would not be checking on them all winter long. This hat was designed as an homage to my bee-loving kiddos (all of whom sport their hats with pride, although one refused to photographed in his).
Knitting: Cardigan
This hoodie is built with room to grow. With 4” of ease it can easily be worn as a jacket layer over another sweater on the coldest of days.
Knitting: Vest
Every boy needs a simple vest to get him through the fall. Something to add a layer of warmth when temperatures start to drop.
Knitting: Cardigan
This sweet hoodie is a tunic length, giving your girl room to grow. The solid ripples are an excellent taming force to any of Malabrigo’s beautiful multicolor colorways.
Knitting: Dress
My favorite pieces from my daughter’s wardrobe are her jumper dresses. She wears them alone in the summer, layered in the fall, and over jeans when she gets too tall.

Knitting: Pullover, Tee
This sweater is worked seamlessly from the bottom up. The eyelet pattern in the yoke serves double duty, creating both a point of visual interest and also serving as buttonholes.
