This is a pattern to make a sunflower shaped blanket. It was designed to be a 17” snuggle blanket for a pet, or to donate to an animal shelter. It is easily adapted to be larger by adding additional rounds of crochet. Gauge is not important, and the design is perfect for using up left over yarn. A flower shaped cloth started from the center out. The center is a pinwheel design knit in the round, with 10 petals knit onto the edge one at a time.
