This warm light weight shawl combines two classic lace motifs that flow into each other seamlessly. The design can be knit in two weights. The fingering weight is a little larger and more elegant, while the DK weight would make a warmer everyday scarf in the winter.

The pattern starts in the center of the blanket and grows outward. The pattern consists of a repeated lace pattern that is easily memorized and finishes with a garter stitch edge. The corners are mitered for a clean finish. The pattern is in one size, but could easily be continued for a larger size.
