Knitting: Scarf, Cowl
Big, fluffy, cozy scarf that wears like a cowl. And so fun to knit! It knits up really fast with the size 15 needles and there’s just enough variety to keep you interested until the end. I’ve made 4 already.
Knitting: Cloche Hat
This hat is knit in the round from the bottom up. It starts with a twisted rib pattern on half of the stitches, and those rib stitches gradually decrease, though the hat itself doesn’t decrease until after the rib stitches are completely gone. This hat is meant to be worn to the side with the rolled brim starting above one eyebrow. Very cute an...
Knitting: Beanie, Toque, Hats - Other
This is a modification of a pattern by The Yarn Company in the back of the children’s book “Shall I knit you a hat?” by Kate Klise. The glass beads sit on top of the work, so they don’t touch the skin and don’t produce ...
Knitting: Scarf
This simple scarf is knit side-to-side, adding the fringe as you go and the swirls are added after with a simple crochet slip stitch.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
This pattern is written for worsted weight yarn, however, you really could use anything you want! Just use the needle size recommended for the yarn you want to use and cast on. It’s knit from the bottom point up, so you can stop knitting whenever you want, which also makes it easy to adjust the size.
