Knitting: Poncho
Any combination of soft fibers in DK weight, plus a novelty yarn will work well in this pattern.

Knitting: Poncho
This piece is knitted from left to right. The pattern is divided as follows: Arms, Shoulders and Mid Section. The Arm and Shoulder sections are the same for both sizes. Only mid section is enlarged for size M-L.

The serape is knitted from right to left in one piece, with a front opening in the middle. A small side seam is optional.

Easy pattern stitches, including double seed stitch and basket stitch. Sleeves are picked up from the body and knitted in seed stitch. Can be made with or without sleeves for a jacket or vest.

This is a simple pattern worked flat in easy stitch patterns. The shape is made with simple “knit front and back” increases on the left side, every other row. Worked in luxurious yarns, the shawl is very beautiful, a good addition to any wardrobe.
