This pattern is perfect as a gift for the kids in your life. DK weight yarn is preferred. In order to keep the kaleidoscope theme, variegated yarn is to be used, although you can do this with a solid colour.

The Elizabeth stitch is used in this pattern. If you are not familiar with the stitch, you can always search youtube for instructions. This pattern uses approximately 1 cake of Red Heart’s Roll With It Tweed as well as a faux fur pom pom. If you do not have a faux fur pom pom or unable to get one, you may make your own pom pom.

After a few months of stalling, I finally put up this lovely pattern! Just in time for those who want to sell them at craft shows! When constructing the dog, you are aiming to make it look like a regular dog. If you have any questions, let me know.

I used two shades of pink and white in this pattern. It kind of looked like a strawberry colour scheme. You can use any three colours you choose for any berry or melon of your choice. Like for a blueberry colour scheme, use different shades of blue and purple. Or for watermelon, use green, white, then red.
