Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
I found a lovely skein of Ella Rae Lace Merino Worsted in my LYS’ sales bin and wanted to make a simple pair of ribbed mitts. I looked through the pattern database and didn’t find any patterns to my liking, so I created this pattern. The pattern is a quick knit and good for last minute gifts.

Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
This sock uses a simple pattern that is reminiscent of rain running down a window. Texture is created using center double decreases and yarn overs. Some ribbing is incorporated into the design to give the sock stretch. This top down design uses a standard heel flap construction and ends with a simple rounded toe.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This is a simple single ribbed beanie that maintains the single rib pattern through the crown decreases. The hat uses super bulky yarn, so it is a fast knit. The simple single rib pattern is very stretchy. The hat is designed to fit close to the head.
