Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
The pattern is written to make a 25cm (10”) inner diameter / 35cm (14”) outer diameter cloth from worsted weight cotton yarn. The pattern can easily be used as a recipe for other yarn weights and cloth sizes, as once the set-up is done the cloth is made from just two easily-remembered rows. Just cast off once you’re near the end of the ball.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This pattern is a basic beanie pattern, put together to use up my scraps to knit warm beanies for some of Melbourne’s refugees. The hat comes in six sizes, from baby through to large adult. Make them in any size, and they will be gratefully received and will keep someone warm this winter.
Knitting: Convertible Gloves
Yard Duty Mitts are a versatile fingerless glove/mitten combination: perfect for parents out with their young kids (and able to tie up shoe laces), teachers out in the playground doing yard duty, teens out with their ipods and smart phones, or commuters getting out their train tickets. No more cold hands when you need to do something, just flip...
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
We’ve all bought lovely hand-painted yarn that looks so appealing in the skein, but then what to knit with it? It’s a yarn that needs a plain texture – lace and cables will just get lost in the colours – and yet it needs something that’s a bit fancy and not too simple. This pattern is inspired by such a yarn purchase! Koigu Painter’s Palette Pr...
Knitting: Vest, Pullover
This is a classic-styled unisex vest or sweater. Knit in worsted weight yarn, it’s great for an extra layer under a jacket or for playing outside on a sunny but cool day. Knit it in a machine-washable yarn for everyday play clothes, or choose a luxury yarn for a special occasion.
Knitting: Cardigan
This is a classic-styled cardigan for the boy or girl in your life. Knit in worsted weight yarn, it’s warm and cosy for the cooler weather, but light enough to fit under a jacket. Knit it in luxury yarns for a special occasion, or choose a machine-washable yarn for everyday play clothes.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap, Scarf
This pattern was first knit as a Mystery Knit-A-Long in the Pyrrha Designs group, but is now available as a complete pattern.
Knitting: Cardigan
Knit in DK weight yarn, it’s warm and cosy for the cooler weather, but not too bulky to get in the way of active playing. The yarn needs to have a high percentage of a natural fibre as it really needs to be blockable – and choose a machine-washable yarn for maximum enjoyment!
Knitting: Cardigan
When my girls were little they would always stop to smell (and sometimes pick!) the flowers in the gardens we passed. So thinking of my girls as toddlers often makes me think of our walks and how long it took to get anywhere – and the flowers.
Knitting: Costume, Headband
These horns were quickly invented when my daughter needed a Halloween costume, for tomorrow. They only took a few hours to knit up. They measure 10cm/4” high and 13cm/5” around.

Knitting: Beanie, Toque
A little beanie to match the Little Hipster Cardigan. The decreases for the crown are incorporated into the cables, so the crown works really nicely.
Knitting: Cardigan
This is a funky shawl-collared cardigan for the boy or girl in your life. Knit in worsted weight yarn, it’s warm and cosy for the cooler weather, but not too bulky to get in the way of active playing. Choose a machine-washable yarn for maximum enjoyment!
Knitting: Chart
This chart can be used to embellish any plain knitwear: use it for textured knitting, for fairisle, intarsia, or duplicate stitching. Any yarn and gauge suitable for colourwork will be fine with this chart.
Knitting: Baby Blanket
I wrote up this pattern while knitting it as a present for my nephew, who was due in October 2012. Unfortunately complications arose and he was born awfully early, and passed away after only a very short time. So in his honour I’ll be donating 50% of the sales of this pattern to Angel Babies Foundation, an Australian charity which provides coun...

Knitting: Chart
This chart (with written instructions included) is designed for use with any item constructed from the top down. It is 50x50sts, so a small size, however the tree’s trunk is easily extendable. It was originally designed for the Milo vest (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/milo-3), by Georgie Hallam (tiKKi).
