Crochet: Tee
This pretty lacy top is created top-down and in one piece, so you can try it on as you go. Instructions are given for adding waist shaping and a slight flare for the hips (all of which is, of course, optional). Made at a smaller gauge than my Feather and Fan top, this one uses fingering to sport weight yarn for the smaller sizes.
Crochet: Pullover
This sweater features a bateau neck, dolman sleeves, and one-piece top-down construction. A trendy silhouette enjoying a resurgence right now, the shape is still timeless enough to enjoy years of use. Make one up in alpaca or merino for the cold months, or in cotton, rayon, linen or hemp for the summer. Or go with acrylic for flexibility. I mad...
Crochet: Tee
My Feather and Fan Top has all the characteristics that I look for in a crocheted top pattern: top-down, in-the-round, and seamless! Other favorites are lace, a timeless stitch pattern, and waist shaping…check, check, and check!
Crochet: Cowl
This cowl takes advantage of its moebius construction to show both sides of a fpdc (front post double crochet) fabric - texture plus! You start with a foundation that is the length you want, twist and join, then work fpdc stitches in joined (but not turned) rounds. Keep going until you get the size you want…no swatching!
Crochet: Fingerless Gloves
These mitts are super easy and fast, and you can easily customize them as well. Worked flat and sewn together to create a thumb hole, the scalloped edge and the ribbing are worked as you go.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
Warm and soft baby hat that I worked up for my grandaughter, Nora. I wanted a slightly poufy hat that pulls down over the ears (she lives in Alaska!).
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This adorable hat is quick to crochet and makes a great gift. Takes less than one skein of Country, which comes in lots of gorgeous colors!
