This is Knitting From the Heart’s 2017 Minnesota Yarn Shop Hop pattern. The 2017 theme was inspired by music and we chose French Cafe Music. After sending a photo to Veronica at Dream in Color of Monet’s Waterlilies, she came up with the most amazing work of yarn art!

These work up so fast you can make...

Crochet: Cardigan
The original yarn reminded me of sunrise over the Superstitious Mountains in AZ. I love creating sweaters with as few seams as possible, This great diagonal design draws the eye straight to you, then solid colors create mountainous trim, and best of all, no seams. A great stash buster, use fancies and plain yarn in many colors or few. Enjoy!
Knitting: Cardigan
Unique shaping is the basis of this pattern. I didn’t want any seams, but needed to sew the shoulders after all. It’s garter stitch with forgiving sizing. It gives everyone who wears it shoulders, a waist and hips - Really! A great way to use stash and mixed yarns, a little heavier, a little lighter - no worries. Enjoy!

And honestly, who can resist watermelons on baby feet? I mean, really, too cute!
