Crochet: Shrug / Bolero
This pattern is a simple 8 row repeat for the main section and when crocheted in thread is quite delicate and elegant.

50g of Debbie Bliss Rialto DK Print & 50g Debbie Bliss Solid used. The pattern starts with a motif and works into the solid colour but of course you can use only one colour if desired. Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
This pattern is easy to follow and not too taxing. You can construct in the one colour but I thought the second colour makes it pop. The stitches used are Knit / Purl / Sl St . The gloves are knit on 2 needles.
Crochet: Cowl
I enjoyed designing this simple cowl. The size fits my 11 year old boy up to an adult. It is a very quick project as its super chunky with a large needle. I have added photos to make the instructions clearer. It turns into quite a warm cowl to warm up any cold day. Enjoy Carrie <3
Knitting: Cowl
This pattern and very easy for the person who knows a knit and a purl stitch. I used a 6mm circular needle and it flies up. I only used 100g. Its a very easy pattern to adjust as you simply add or reduce stitches to increase or reduce size. Enjoy and don’t forget to send me along a photo of your finished Cowl.

This cute little hat flies up as it uses a 6mm hook. I used Stylecraft Carnival which was fab to work with , any chunky will work. You can use a dk contrast colour for the rim and flower, only a little is needed

This is an 8 row pattern repeat and a very easy pattern to adjust for a larger or smaller size. Its a pretty piece and one to impress friends while only using a small amount of cotton. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have in designing it.

It is very easy to adjust this pattern size. Round 13 you may increase or decrease sts to fit your requirements. Its a warm and fun hat and you can use any contrast colour for the trim of the hat and the crab stitch.

Although I designed this pattern in one size M/L it is very easy to adapt to a larger size. As it is crocheted in one piece it is possible to add length so that it increases in size.

This is a simple v-stitch pattern cowl. I have added photos to guide you along. Gauge is not so important as its a loose neck warmer. I used Noema but you can use any Dk / worsted yarn. It has been a popular pattern among my family and friends as they all received this cowl as a gift last Christmas.

I used 50g of Debbie Bliss Rialto Print with the solid colour for the rib and crab stitch so less than half of the solid used. I think they will make an ideal gift however I do love to wear them myself.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque

I used 100g of Nanny Print which is lovely to work with but you can use any dk. There are 2 sizes to the pattern 3 to 6mths and 6 to 12mths. Its a good pattern for a first cardigan as it not too complicated. I hope you enjoy it. Carrie
Crochet: Coat / Jacket
The pattern is a top down pattern and I think quite easy to read. I used 3 x 50g balls of Conway & Bliss Lolli and a little Debbie Bliss Babycashmerino for the trim. Its a cute little cardigan. This is a quick and easy pattern for someone who wants to move up in their basic skills. Its easy and very effective. The yarn I choose is super smooth you can however use any aran weight yarn. There is enough room to go up and down a little in your gauge.
Crochet: Scarf
This is a crocheted pineapple pattern. Once you have the pattern repeated a few times you no longer need the pattern. It can be as long as 41 ins or shorter if required. Gauge is not so important as its open work. I used 2 skeins but you can use less if you are looking for a shorter scarf.

With the Rosarios4 Nanny yarn suggested I did have enough yarn left over to create a cushion to match. You can however make your border bigger. I really enjoyed creating this blanket and was quite sad when it was finished as it was like coming to the end of a good book.
