This is a very easy pattern to follow and can easily be changed to be larger or smaller depending on your needs. Simply add or deduct the starting chains in multiples of 2 to adjust the size you need. The finished inside, without the edging, came out to 17 x 27 inches, and the complete finished piece with edging came out to 19 x 29 inches.
