The alibi cowl was designed for my friend Nicole who cycles around Toronto -- she will need it! This cabled cowl stays close to the neck for reliable warmth even in the blustery cold. It uses short-row shaping to create more length at the front, so that it can be worn under a coat or jacket. A great one-skein project.
