Adlibris Alpaca Soft is one of our softest yarns. It is spun from 100% baby alpaca wool, making garments exceptionally soft and comfortable — even for sensitive skin. Compared to sheep’s wool, alpaca fiber is both lighter and more insulating, which means your knitting projects will be warm yet breathable. If you are allergic to sheep’s wool, alpaca is an excellent alternative.

Alpaca Soft is perfect for shawls, scarves, sweaters, hats, and mittens. For socks, however, we recommend Adlibris Socki, which is durable enough to withstand long-term wear.
