This yarn has amazing drape and is perfect for summer knits. It is 100% organic cotton. It is very user friendly, super soft, and easy to work with. My yarn is dyed to evoke emotion and bring joy to any hand knit garment. This yarn can be machine washed and dried and because I dye it, it is pre-shrunk. If you machine wash you may see some shrinkage as the dye process is by hand and every skein is hung to dry. I always recommend hand washing over machine for any hand knit. Also knitting a swatch and then washing and drying it is the best way I have found to check shrinkage and gauge before knitting a project. Keep in mind no two skeins are alike they are all OOAK and therefore I suggest you order enough for your project.
