Rasu: 1. Incredible, amazing, beyond explanation. 2. Artistic, rhythmic, undulating. (www.slangsite.com)

RASU is a knit tube, made to the same specs that we used for Sherlock many years ago, but in this incarnation, with even better materials. Knitting creates elasticity in a fabric, which is certainly the case in tubular yarns. This makes the yarn pleasurable to knit, at the same time yielding a springy fabric with good shape memory.

Knit tube yarns also ventilate well, but at the same time trap pockets of insulating air, making them excellent choices for layering fabrics. RASU is the best yarn of this type that we have seen. The merino is 18 micron, the silk lustrous, all of the spinning steps done painstakingly with incredible precision. We enjoy working with it and hope that you do too.
