Buttersoft is an undyed chunky baby alpaca yarn that we source from Peru. It is 2 ply, but each ply is thick and very softly spun. It has a soft edge so makes a very lissom fabric, and although cabling looks great it doesn’t stand out the same definition as a wool yarn.

It is the softest yarn we sell, and although it sheds slightly at first, it will soon settle and become the softest garment in your wardrobe.
