This is a yarn that used the “ribbon/butterfly” technique in Lexi Boegers’ “Intertwined.” 64 yards of glorious flower garden colors: scarlet, violet, rose, pine, fuchsia, coral, thistle, chartreuse (all handdyed) punctuated with rayon and handdyed silk and fabric ribbons and “butterflies.” The skein weighs about 2.7 ounces/76 grams. It is core spun, with magenta silk yarn as the base. At times, it peaks out of the fibers, adding bright stripes of color.
