This 100% Jabob wool knitting yarn is just one of the Cornish Wools range of yarns. The raw fleece is purchased direct from the sheep farmer who farms his sheep on on the Roseland Peninsula, in Cornwall UK. I personally select the fleece and then I oversee the whole process, through sorting the fibres to dealing with the spinning mill and then deciding how the finished yarn should be processed to the final labeling of the ball of yarn. As the Jacob sheep are two colours, brown and cream we sorted the colours and then processed each colour to the final twist then then put the two colours together to create this very special and unique marled tweed knitting yarn.
