This two-ply fingering yarn is smooth, soft and satiny, providing great stitch definition. With only two plies it gives an almost pebbly-looking stockinette fabric. Great for baby wear and accessories, it blocks well and is suitable for lacy and cabled projects, too - though it wouldn’t be my first choice for socks.

Note that it can be a little splitty because of its construction so you may want to try different tips if you’re finding it an issue. With the right tips and gauge for your style it shouldn’t be a problem.

Although it is superwash treated, please hand wash and dry flat.

After April 2018 new dyelots of this base are all 17 micron (crazy satiny soft!)
