100% USA grown, milled and hand dyed using organic dyes. This single ply yarn is mill spun to mimic a consistent hand spun non energized single. Dyed prior to milling the colors are in medium to long striping repeats. All of the colorways in the multi are named after some of the members of Feederbrook’s Flock (Ava, Maggie, Fig, Una and Win.) The color repeats are also random as skeins in the same dye lot are similar but not identical. There are also 12 solids to pair with the variegated multi colors. In addition there are 10 hand paint colorways that are part of this collection that pair nicely with the solids. The Hand Paints are dyed across and have less pooling of colors within projects. Fiber is 62 spinning count or 23 microns. Nice soft lofty yarn.
