This delightfully textured lace weight abaca yarn has a beautiful lustre and wonderful drape, creating a yarn that is ideal for fabulous summery makes. It also has a slight boucle effect to add interest to the finished fabric.

Each 100g skein contains around 660m of lace weight yarn, enough to make items such as a scarf or shawl with a single skein. The yarn is botanically dyed in small batches in all the colours of the rainbow and more!

The yarn is made from fibres extracted from the leaves of the abaca tree, a cousin of the edible banana.
