My Wool is a thicker version of My Fine Wool. The yarn is spun from the same smooth extra-fine merino fibers, yet with more strands plied together, creating a fuller yarn with a more prominent structure - perfect for a 4mm needle. This creates a thicker fabric with a similar softness, elasticity and comfort associated with My Fine Wool.
As the fibers have not undergone any treatment with silicone or other chemicals, My Wool preserves the wool’s natural qualities. The stitches remain smooth and structured, holding its shape, even with wash and wear.
The clean fiber structure allows the yarn to breathe, which insulates and regulates body temperature. A perfect yarn for all seasons, ideal for accessories, cardigans and sweaters for the whole family.

My Wool is treated with an environmentally conscious and toxin-free antishrinking process consisting of cold and hot treatments as well as salt baths. This method is GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified. This prevents the yarn from shrinking and pilling, and allows you to machine-wash your finished knits at 30 degrees for max. 15 min. As always, we recommend washing your gaugeswatch before washing your finished knits, as soaps and different machine machines can affect the process.
