Each hank of yarn is individually home dyed using an immersion dyeing technique with professional acid dyes.

Gradient colours are dyed a minimum of 3 times to gradually build up the gradient effect and results in a unique and gentle gradient colour change from one end of the skein, to the other. No two skeins will ever be the same, though colours may look alike.

Variegated and semi-solid colours are dyed in batches of two. No two batches will ever be exactly the same.

Note: Although the yarn is treated to be machine washable this is entirely your choice. Personally I would not machine wash a hand knit.
