Due to supply problems during the Pandemic, I was forced to search for a new sock yarn suitable for shawls and ponchos, and this has turned out to be a very fortuitous thing!

A soft, slightly more open spin than Darjeeling (so I’m not sure about it’s wearability for socks) but it dyes like a dream and is perfect for my Advent kits and shawls.

So I now have two sock yarns!
