The Dorset Down’s fleece produces a lovely rich cream yarn. It is a soft and easy to knit wool and is suitable for beginners as well as experienced knitters. We have added 8 carefully chosen colours, dyed in shades we have taken from nature. These colours compliment the natural shades of our 4 ply Shetland yarns too, so may be used in the same project. The Dorset yarn is also available in DK with fewer colour choices.

All the colours work well on their own, as well as together, and if you like colourwork and detailed Fair Isle knitting then the colours we have, give you a great range to choose from.
