Tencel yarn is absorbent and breathable like other natural fibers and can be used similarly to silk, bamboo or mercerized cotton. Tencel 8/2 is a great weight for a range of weaving projects from yardage for garments or upholstery to knitted accessories. Don’t let synthetic be a dirty word for this deluxe cellulose based fiber.
