The rustic quality is accentuated by Picazzo having not been twined but consisting of one thread being spun quite lightly. It results in a light yarn with a slightly looser, extremely soft structure. The content of soft, South American merino wool in combination with light acrylic gives a lovely and warm quality of yarn, which is perfect for both large and small projects.

Picazzo works particularly well with knitted sweaters and furthermore, the light spinning also makes the yarn quality even more light and airy. The thickness varies a little because of the technique, but it is part of why the yarn is incredibly lovely and soft to work with and wear.

With Picazzo, you get a lot of funky colour combinations, which are mixed in every skein and together create a masterpiece of different colours when knit or crocheted. The result becomes a super lovely mix effect, which leads one’s thoughts to the rustic and beautiful colour effects, which is normally seen in hand-coloured yarn.
