This very special organic knitting wool comes from Hunting Hall, our award-winning, wildlife-friendly farm in the very north of Northumberland near the holy island of Lindisfarne.

Soft, silky wool from our rare-breed Teeswater sheep is blended with the finest fleeces from our flock to create a beautiful, traditional woolen-spun double knitting yarn in Sheep, Orchard Plum, Sunflower Gold and Granary Slate.

Shades of Sheep is a natural coloured yarn spun from blended dark-toned fleeces of our mixed breed sheep. This is over-dyed to create the lovely Reed Green.

Our sheep graze in Hunting Hall’s beautiful organic meadows which are carefully managed as part of our environmentally-friendly farming. Our Northumbrian Organic Wool is a yarn all about caring for you and your planet.
