5ply Shetland is our newest yarn range, released in 2023. It is a worsted-spun, 100% Real Shetland Wool, plied Sport Weight yarn, perfect for knitting Ganseys and Fair Isle garments and accessories. Our 5ply Shetland Yarn takes inspiration from the colours in the Shetland landscape and our maritime heritage. Its available in 20 shades, using two bases - 13 shades are dyed on the White base and 5 of the same shades are overdyed on the Natural Grey base, these are the ‘Twilight’ shades.
