Harvest Hues Worsted
Inspired by the subtle tones of autumn in our Devon landscape, we set out to achieve a similar effect by blending the super saturated tones of our dyed Falklands Merino and lustrous Bluefaced Leicester with the naturally dark fibre of Devon-farmed Zwartbles. Together, they create a sublime depth of colour – transforming the resulting Harvest Hues yarn into complex, mottled, autumnal shades.
The soft-as-a-cloud Merino, elegant Bluefaced Leicester and bouncy Zwartbles complement each other perfectly, giving the yarn a delicate woolly halo and full-bodied texture, and the perfect blend of softness, bounce and shine. The Worsted weight Harvest Hues is a 3-fold with great stitch definition – it’s wonderful for cosy, thick sweaters and outerwear as well as accessories that will keep you warm on the most breezy days.
With so many shades inspired by the season’s striking palette, you’re sure to find a combination which makes your heart glad.
