Our yarns are carefully painted in skeins to achieve a sophisticated result. Sometimes we photograph the skeins “as painted” to clearly show the individual colors, & sometimes we roll the skeins before taking pictures to show the final blended effect. In all cases, once painted skeins are rolled & worked, the various colors mix & blend to create our stunning colorations. Your finished item will have gorgeous strokes of color that repeat rhythmically throughout your piece, and not those unsightly splotches that signal amateurish painting or poorly designed mass-market spritz-dyed yarns. (In other words, we paint for pleasing “random regularity” & not “random unrelated splotches.”)
