This is a soft but durable yarn, the Bluefaced Leicester wool provides a much stronger fiber which is ideal for items that are “hard-wearing”, like socks. Compared to yarns comprised of merino wool, this yarn is slightly less soft, but it is very springy (so it holds its shape really well after wearing) and incredibly sturdy!

Note: This yarn is also available in a sock set, sold with a coordinating mini skein. When adding to your stash, please adjust the yardage so that your records have accurate yarn amounts!
