Platinum Sock is a 4ply/fingering weight soft sock yarn with 75% Superwash merino and 25% Nylon. The Nylon increases strength and durability of the yarn making it perfect for socks, but it’s also good for shawls, hats and other hand knits/crochet.

The yarn has been washed and dried before shipping but a small amount of colour bleeding is still possible on the first couple of washes; this shouldn’t change the colour of the yarn but you might want to wash the finished products separately for the first couple of times. Acid dyes used.

Washing tips: Machine wash on a delicate cycle and lay flat to dry. Hand washing is always recommended. Wash separately, or with similar colours.

Please notice that although all care was taken to accurately photograph the yarn the colours might be slightly different depending on your monitor resolution.

Due to the nature of the dyeing process no two skeins are identical.
