Hand washable in cool to lukewarm water with cold water soap or mild soap flakes. Squeeze gently through suds - don’t rub or twist. Rinse thoroughly in same water temperature. Squeeze out excess water. Roll in bath towel. Shape gently to original outlines or measurements; dry flat away from sun.
