A heavy fingering weight of three plies of super fine merino/nylon are spun with a ply of lurex for a soft, durable yarn with sparkle. There is enough lurex to add sparkle, without the scratchiness often associated with lurex yarns, and the extrafine merino gives a soft handle. Add nylon and you have durability too.

The silver lurex retains its strength and shine through the washing process and is well plied with the wool, making it a pleasure to work with.
