This is a Dutch yarn, manufactured (possibly handspun) in Delft. The ball band includes little information (such as gauge), and the needle size doesn’t seem quite right for this yarn. It’s nothing close to fingering weight.

This is definitely not the Italian brand, Laines du Nord.
