A really unusual yarn that I found in the sale bin of Okadaya and haven’t ever seen or heard of anywhere else. It consists of a wool single-ply core that is encased in a tube of black mesh, making it look (to me) as though the yarn is wearing sexy black stockings. It also has a thick and thin texture. It knits up really nicely in a 2x2 rib. The fiber proportions are 80% wool, 20% nylon. The label has the cute haiku-like slogan of:
