This is a set of two complementary skeins of wool. They are 2-ply and each of them share one common singles yarn - a multicolor strand of bright wool.

After spinning this multicoloured fibre into a singles yarn I spun a singles yarn of white merino wool and a singles yarn of grey Jacob wool. Plying the multicoloured singles with each of these really brought a nice effect to the pair of skeins.

The lighter skein weighs 108g and is approximately 166 yards long. The darker one weighs 93.5g and is approximately 164 yards long. Both average 8 to 9 wraps per inch.
